Complete Synergi AB has completed an acquihire of the Doxteam Services engineering team in Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia. The talent acquisition brings more than 40 senior specialists into Synergi, among them business analysts, project managers, and software and data solution architects. Team members join Synergi directly, under new employment agreements with Synergi.

About the team

Doxteam Services has built software in Skopje for over 15 years, developing a substantial portfolio of products and applications for clients in the region and beyond. Alongside that delivery record, the company invested consistently in its people — recruiting experienced professionals and supporting their training and long-term development. The incoming team also brings close to equal gender representation, which carries into our own structure.

We spent a long time looking for a team that matched us on values as well as capability. This one did: the same commitment to service quality, the same depth of technical expertise, and the same view of what a good working environment looks like.

What it adds

Synergi delivers digital consulting and product development to clients across the Nordics, the wider EU, and the United States, working through an ecosystem of R&D offices and partners in Malmö, Copenhagen, Skopje, Belgrade, and Sofia. That cross-functional network is how we identify emerging opportunities early and deliver against them.

The expanded team widens the scope of work we can take on. It deepens our capacity in complex software and data solutions, and broadens the services we can offer to existing clients and in new markets.

What it means for our people

Greater scale means a wider set of opportunities. Colleagues across every location gain access to more projects and disciplines, and stronger long-term career paths within the group.

Our thanks go to everyone who supported the process and helped make the transition a smooth one.
