Synergi welcomes the xGate team into the group

A partnership evolves into a joint venture — xGate Synergi opens in Prilep, North Macedonia.

Four years of working side by side now have a name of their own. Complete Synergi AB, together with xGate’s Martin Taleski has established xGate Synergi DOO Prilep.

Some partnerships work well enough that the paperwork eventually has to catch up.

For four years, Martin Taleski and the engineers he brought together have delivered and contributed to projects for Synergi and for Synergi’s clients. Today that shared work takes a name of its own: xGate Synergi in Prilep, a new company established by Complete Synergi AB together with xGate’s founder, Martin Taleski.

What makes this worth doing is the team, and the team is Martin’s doing. He built it, he has led it and he will continue to lead it and grow it further in what comes next as part of Synergi group. Engineers who have spent that long learning each other — who to ask, where to look when something breaks, how to disagree and still ship brilliant work — are not something you assemble on request. It is a team whose skillset complements and extends Synergi’s own competences, and that is why we wanted to build this next phase together.

For the clients whose projects these engineers have been building, or contributing to, the substance is unchanged: the same people, the same knowledge of your systems and needs, the same familiarity that takes years to earn and cannot be written down. What is different is what now stands behind them — broader capacity when a programme grows, a wider set of disciplines to draw on, and the steadiness of a larger engineering organisation over the long run. 

For clients already working with us, the same depth now runs the other way. Deeper web development capability, delivered by a team that already knows how Synergi works and what our customers expect, because they have been building for them for years. And Prilep now sits alongside our existing operation in Skopje, strengthening a part of the map we have invested in for years and adding to our engineering and delivery studios.
