Senior Frontend Developer
The Frontend Developer is responsible for Implementing visual elements that users see and interact with in a web application, developing websites and applications bridging the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, building reusable components for future use, maintaining the frontend architecture, as well as optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability by using web technologies
Key responsibilities:
- Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications
- Reviewing application requirements and interface designs
- Identifying web-based user interactions
- Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts
- Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following react.js workflows
- Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes
- Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts
- Monitoring and improving front-end performance
- Documenting application changes and developing updates
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Engineering, Informatics, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
- Familiarity with code versioning tools
- Familiarity with AWS / Azure cloud is a plus
- Knowledge of testing frameworks and libraries like React Testing Library, Jest, etc.
